Business Channels Manager
This job supports strategic development of New Channels and Off-premise business development via innovation. He/she enables the Operations group in overall channel management and development by crafting channel innovation strategies, addressing systemic inefficiencies, and providing consultative recommendations.
Digitech initiative design and implementation
- Work with DT team for the new channel design and or innovation that is suited for the BU. Figure out how the enhancement is going to work with the operations.
Project Management
- Initiate the planning process, clearly defining the project scope, goals and objectives.
- Coordinates with the concerned partner support group.
- Identify potential risks and analyze possible impact to business.
- Communicate to operations team once project is done and ready for pilot implementation.
- Pilot post evaluation
Delivery and Take out effectiveness
- Create and innovate OPB processes and ensure implementation.
Emerging channels development
- In charge of the development of new and emerging channels that will help sustain business growth.
Others
- Performs other jobs, tasks or expertise-related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise to support operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree/ College graduate preferably Business related course.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in any food industry or related function on channels development and operations management.

Scope of Decision-Making and Impact
- Design and framework of the channels processes fit to operations.
- Create business rules and general guidelines for operations
- Provide general requirements for specific access point for full implementation
Innovation
- New channels development and conceptualization
- Creation of new business rules and general guidelines for the new channel
- Expected to analyze and recommend changes in policies and procedures relating to delivery. Innovation is also expected in the design of sales and incentive programs to ensure implementation from operations.
