Business Analytics & Insights Specialist

Purpose:

To better support business decisions and drive growth by providing accurate, relevant and actionable data and insights delivered in a timely manner.

Support marketing team in gaining deep understanding of the market and competitors, enabling the team to design more effective strategies and innovations that will drive consideration for our brands.

Ensure superior standards and quality measures set for data reporting and market research processes.

Support the TMG & Sales gain deeper understanding on how Sell-in, Sell-Out and Offtake Inventory reports may help drive business decisions.

YOUR TASK and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead market data management involving gathering and processing of data from multiple data sources, and performing data customizations to facilitate reporting and analysis (i.e. IQVIA, M360, SISO, PMII, KAM Scanned data, etc.)
  • Develop tools, processes and analytical models to support business decision-making to drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Plan and implement consumer/HCP research projects ensuring execution is in line with objectives, budgetand timelines
  • Provide data and insights for strategic projects, NPDs and forecasting requirements
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners (IQVIA, Nielsen, other research agencies, media agencies) in interpreting the market landscape, as well as, collaborate in any insightful findings or trainings that would benefit the brands and organization
  • Lead monthly and quarterly market share report analysis for the Philippines, across all categories
  • Partner with country marketing teams / CDHs to help interpret, understand and draw conclusions from both internal and external data / reports
  • Oversee data maintenance of global market performance dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely release of reports
  • Conduct training on the use of market data platforms (e.g. Market360, IQVIA IAM, etc.)
  • Deliver strong business contributions by reducing business risk through providing relevant, reliable and valid data and research that will better support business decisions
  • Enhance utilization of available data by providing more actionable reports and help build the organization’s capability on data-driven strategic planning & growth plan

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, with experience in Healthcare or any similar industry
  • With at least 5 years experience in data analytics, forecasting and market research
  • Highly skilled in data manipulation and management
  • Highly proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables); knowledgeable in macros, slicers and Power BI is an advantage
  • Strong strategic mindset & business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agile & capable in dealing with changes & relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in English, both written & oral
