Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Job Description

We are currently in search of Supply Chain Analyst to support our Data Center Client to support our Data Center client in processing internal requests and end to end Supply Chain needs which covers Goods, Services, Subscriptions and Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Renewals.

Responsibilities

This is mainly to do with Connectivity POs with companies like AT&T, Zayo, EU networks etc.

• PR/ PO Requisition once and order is approved/ executed
• Invoice receipting on a monthly basis (see if you can run a report of the amount of invoices we receive under 738 to date per qtr/annum
  
  

and how many POs we typically raise)

• Working with AP team on queries for receipting/ invoice queries
• Working with global team and GN connectivity on any variances (accruals)
• Working with stakeholders to verify data on connectivity DB before it is uploaded.
• Amenable to work on Midshift to Nightshift
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or
  
  

with 1 to 4 Years Experienced Employees

• Fluent in English language in both written and spoken
• Familiarity in application like Power BI, Coupa & other
  
  

financial/invoicing tools

• Proficient in Microsoft excel and have handled huge excel files
  
  

before

• Knows how to analyze data and has great problem-solving skills
• Have a procurement or supply chain background

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
• Experience working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge in processing purchase orders and invoices
• Ability to multi-task from one tool to another
• Financial or accounting background is a plu
