Job Description
- Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
- Design and document operations process flow to support operations
- Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
- At Least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry
- Great track record of successful project management is required
- Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
- Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail andability to prioritize across multiple objects
- Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
