In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to eliminate accumulated financial charges.
• Facilitate chargeback review using the e-commerce and retail channel’s portal.
• Conduct financial charges qualitative review.
• Analyze the distributor’s compliance program
• Investigate the compliance penalty and recommend potential solutions.
• Create state-of-business reports for retail channels and e-commerce accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Management, or related courses.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, and Project Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Software is a plus.
