In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to eliminate accumulated financial charges.
- Facilitate chargeback review using the e-commerce and retail channel’s portal.
- Conduct financial charges qualitative review.
- Analyze the distributor’s compliance program
- Investigate the compliance penalty and recommend potential solutions.
- Create state-of-business reports for retail channels and e-commerce accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial Management, or related courses.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, and Project Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle Software is a plus.
