Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and technical requirements
• Analyze gaps in current processes and propose effective solutions
• Create detailed documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for the core banking system
• Support the project team during implementation by validating that solutions meet business needs
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Must 1-3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and related business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
