We are looking for a Business Analyst in Manila, Philippines with broad technical skills, strong financial acumen and analytical background to support the delivery of business insights through data analyses, reports, and dashboard solutions. As a member of Business Insights, Operations, & Support (BIOS), you will leverage strong data extraction skills to drive worldwide reporting deliverables, create ad hoc revenue performance analysis, support business planning, and implement desktop automation solutions. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across multiple geographies. Successful members of this team collaborate effectively to solve data and operational problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structure to effectively translate business requirements and create effective reporting solutions
  • Provide actionable intelligence or business insights with existing metrics through data analysis and reports
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and other functional teams to identify and address reporting gaps and issues
  • Participate in the creation of operational templates and processes that standardizes the compilation, analysis, and reporting of disparate information across tools and systems
  • Support the creation of new tools or business processes that simplify, standardize, and enable operational excellence
  • Must be comfortable supporting a variety of stakeholders across different functions and geographies, including in a return-to-office (RTO) environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data, functional, or operational analysis, based on large volumes of data
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business or similar
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and able to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with systems utilized for Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience in SQL for data extraction and data querying using various data warehouse systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
  • Experience in managing multiple assignments and processes within or outside the team
  • Advanced problem-solving skills for complex issues and ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
  • Experience communicating results to operations and business leaders
