Job Description
As a member of the Home Lending Middle-Office Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting functions for Capital Markets Mortgage rights (MSR) and Portfolio Management businesses. Other business supported include: MSR product control, MSR Desktop technology, Secondary Market, Pricing, Chief Investment-office (CIO), Market Risk, Commercial Bank, Mortgage Bank Accounting groups.
The candidate must have the ability to partner with business stakeholders, understand their needs and assist in automating the data gathering and generation of operational reports across the line of business or functional area supported. Must have a commitment to producing high quality results.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily support functions to include data input, validation, reconciliation, export of loan data files, valuations for various portfolios and risk sensitivity scenario runs for business end-users
- Perform monthly User Acceptance Testing for MSR valuation model updates, business user tools, product and system enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, or timelines through automation, simplification, collaboration
- Maintain system variables in accordance with business requirements
- Work collaboratively with both internal team members and related business partners
- Maintain procedures, guidelines and controls to ensure integrity of financial information
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to drive positive results
- Manage and deploy intelligent systems or solutions for operational workflows
- College degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Proficiency in business applications. Office Professional Suite (Excel with Visual Basic, Project, Visio, Access and PowerPoint)
- Strong root cause analysis and troubleshoot skills
- Experience in managing and deploying intelligent systems or solutions
- Proficient in project management for intelligent solutions
- 2+ years of experience with data extraction and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Mortgage Banking concepts
- Adherence to business and industry practices
- Experience in business operations and procedures
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and tight timelines
- Familiarity with loan servicing, pricing, bulk sales, trading and securitizations
- Experience with automation and process optimization in financial operations
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams
