Business Analyst

The Mid-level Business Analyst will serve to be the crucial link between our client needs and our technical team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, providing mentorship to junior analysts, and managing smaller projects.

This is a unique opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and ensure project success by expertly aligning business goals with technical execution.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3x/week

Work Location: BGC & Makati City

What You'll Do

As the Mid-level Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Analysis & Solutions: Identify gaps between current and desired states, and recommend strategic solutions to bridge them. You'll assess different options based on cost, feasibility, and potential benefits.
• Stakeholder Management: Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business cases.
• Business Case Development: Create detailed business analyses, clearly outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Data Governance & Quality: Contribute to the development of data governance policies and standards, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, helping them develop technical skills in areas like data analysis, modeling, and requirements gathering.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in business analysis, data analytics, project management, and other related fields.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• At least one year of professional experience in a different practice, such as a tester, software engineer, or UI designer.
• Familiarity with domains like Accounting, Banking, Lending, or Payments.
