We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in process analysis, system design, and project delivery especially within the banking or financial services sector we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in process analysis, system design, and project delivery especially within the banking or financial services sector we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead business requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (MIS) to drive system enhancements
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process training
- Act as Product Owner in Agile teams and support strategic initiatives
- Champion innovation and continuous process improvement across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services
- Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development
- Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement
- Tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, databases, APIs, and flowchart/wireframe tools
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement
- Experience with RBACK frameworks, loan systems, and accounting platforms
- Existing relationships with financial solution providers
