Required Skills
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience working with ERP systems, integration projects, or digital transformation initiatives
- With experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional team coordination
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the power distribution, utilities, or energy sector
- Strong understanding of power distribution operations, asset management, and regulatory requirements
