Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or other analytics software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
