Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution. - Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Research, gather and synthesize information to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer needs and is integrated with technology. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in conducting business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution. - Solid grasp of data visualization tools to communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
