Business Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in process improvement, testing enhancement, and infrastructure uplift initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives, focusing on testing enhancements and infrastructure uplift projects.
• Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing practices, including regression testing and test automation processes.
• Manage and optimize testing environments, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Support patch management and collaborate with teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and stability.
• Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau for visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and stakeholders, to drive successful outcomes.
• Stay current with trends in infrastructure, performance testing, and AWS environments.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to infrastructure and performance testing concepts, particularly within AWS environments.
• Familiarity with regression testing, test automation, and environment management tools and processes.
• Understanding of resilience principles and how to integrate them into IT operations.
• Knowledge of SRE topics, including SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or technical projects.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, testing enhancement, and infrastructure uplift initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, testing practices, and technical infrastructure principles.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
