As Brand Executive, you will be involved in the ideation and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to bring brand strategies to life and, ultimately, spur growth for your assigned brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling on-ground and online content and activations, analyze market & consumer trends and monitor brand performance while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Create communications toolboxes for your brand whilst ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (creative agencies, consumer engagement, commercial planning, etc.) to develop and implement marketing executions that address key business and consumer needs and are aligned with the overall brand campaigns and approved brand strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of your assigned marketing executions and use acquired insights to optimize both brand and engagement KPIs and inform future campaigns and executions.
  • Maximize available reports on consumer insights and business trends to contribute to the development of long-term brand strategies and product innovations
  • Know and stay in compliance with the letter and spirit of applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies.

Who We’re Looking For

You must have a bachelor’s degree, and you have strong analytical, presentation, planning, organizational skills, and can lead or support a number of projects with tight deadlines. Experience in project management, development and implementation of brand or marketing and sales strategies is an advantage. You must be amenable to be assigned in Taguig with Mondays to Fridays, generally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm shift.
