In this dynamic role, you'll support the Growth Marketing Team in executing content campaigns, managing influencer and brand partnerships, and coordinating creative collaborations. Gain hands-on experience handling influencer relationships, product orders, and media briefings for key launches and sales events. What you will do:

• Engage with key influencers and brand partners to build strong relationships and support business objectives
• Prepare and oversee contracts and Terms & Conditions for influencer collaborations and social campaigns using legal templates
• Develop clear and impactful briefs for brand media and partnership deliverables to ensure consistency and quality
• Build and coordinate Linkby campaigns, develop briefing documents, and create content assets for product launches and sales events to enhance media partner engagement
• Set up UTMs and tracking codes to efficiently monitor and evaluate campaign performance
• Assist in crafting influencer content briefs and managing product orders to ensure smooth execution
• Track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign results, and share insights to foster ongoing improvement
• Maintain and update project management boards, ensuring deliverables, key dates, and campaign statuses are accurately tracked
• Provide administrative and communication support to the Growth Marketing Team, aiding in brand and influencer partnerships, media (paid and earned), and content campaigns
  
  
  

Who you are:

• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support role, such as influencer, partnership, PR, or brand marketing
• Ideal experience in social media, influencer relations, or communications
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management
• Familiarity with Instagram and Meta Insights Manager, influencer search tools like MoDash, social scheduling platforms such as Iconosquare, and project management tools like Monday or Trello is preferred
