The job incumbent is primarily responsible in managing day to day retail branch operations including sales
generation, inventory management, customer management, and accounts receivable management. The
incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of the store are
running smoothly at all times.
1. Manages and implements retail activities and programs set by Market Teams to maximize sales and
profitability of assigned area.
2. Ensures branch financial objectives are met and sustained.
3. Plans and forecasts inventory based on the approved Product portfolio of the Market Teams.
4. Validates inventory accuracy and analyzes product and inventory levels to identify problems and
products for replenishment.
5. Prepares and provides report of non-moving products to Inventory Planning or Institutional Sales.
6. Handles customer complaints, issues and questions to ensure delivery of excellent customer service at
the store level.
7. Identifies customer inquiries and complaints, makes appropriate recommendations for corrective
actions to meet the customers’ needs and expectations.
8. Oversees accounts receivable turnover to ensure achievement of 75 days turnover rate.
9. Participates in off-site selling activities set by Institutional Sales and Marketing.
10. Approves outgoing delivery documents generated from the different systems.
11. Maintains high branch standards and conditions and fosters a positive environment.
12. Ensures the effective management of retail staffs, provides assistance, guidance, and coaching support
as needed.
13. Ensures compliance of the branch and external partners to the agreed conditions on product selling.
14. Checks the accuracy of the data encoded by the team in the system.
15. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
