Requirements
Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel’s branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection, after-sales transactions, and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel’s sales targets:
- Processing of branch transactions within the agreed service level standards
- Accurate and timely posting of premium collections
- Meets customer satisfaction in processing after-sales transactions
- Upkeep of branch office facilities
- Distributor relationship
- Graduate of any 4-year-course
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or customer service functions
- Background in insurance operational processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Negotiation Skills
- Analytical Skills
