- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer feedback and issues.
- Effective English communication skills both verbal and written to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Proficiency in specific technical skills or tools relevant to the job such as software proficiency, data analysis, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen to others, showing full attention and understanding.
- Skill in evaluating different viewpoints and perspectives.
- Capacity to quickly grasp new information and adjust comprehension accordingly.
