The role will be responsible for efficiently handling the processing and documentation associated with loan applications in their assigned branch;

Customer Service:

  • Timely resolution of issues or complaints
  • Ability to respond to queries fast and compresses waiting time for customers in serving their needs.
  • Serves as a greeter in receiving clients and attends to client’s needs by proactively offering to assist in the next steps of the loan process.
  • Answers incoming calls in a polite, courteous manner and displays appropriate body language and use of proper words and tone of voice in dealing with customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow the customer service philosophy of the Company.

Branch Administration:

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documentation for loan applications.
  • Scanning of loan documents.
  • Verify and analyze client-provided information and documentation.
  • Uploading of loan AF to GD

Operations Support:

  • Provides operation support to branches and assists Managers in handling customer accounts.
  • Encode / Update CAMS 2

Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the company related to the above assignments.
