Front Desk

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival and provide a welcoming environment.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address inquiries about dental services, appointments, and pricing.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and maintain an updated appointment calendar.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are collected.
• Manage patient records, ensuring that the details of the patients are up to date.
• Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage payment.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient service.
• Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate with management for inventory needs related to front desk operations.
