  • Overall in charge of the branch's monthly sales target
  • Utilize operating expense NMT
  • Monitors Branchs budget and stock availability
  • Achieve stock return NMT (retail products)
  • Achieve stock return NMT (High-end products)
  • Creates report on new patient count per year
  • Creates report on total patient count per year
  • Creates report on patient spending capacity per month
  • Creates report on patient satisfaction survey rate per month
  • Conducts employee evaluation
  • Make stock requests twice a month
  • Stock delivery and inventory management
  • Business compliance, govt mandatory mall policy and guidelines
  • Conducts monthly alignment meetings with consultants and resident doctors
  • Conducts weekly alignment meetings with the branchs staff
  • GAP analysis for not hitting the target
  • Monthly competitive reports, service promos, price surveys, etc.
  • Consolidate and submit quarterly reviews on sales and marketing activities
  • Consolidate and submit monthly competitors' reports on services and products
  • Consolidate and recommend RH and nurse training per quarter
  • Average competency rating of at least
  • In charge of patient satisfaction
  • Overall in charge of the branch manpower availability
  • Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and/or any related course but knowledgeable in Sales
  • At least three (3) years of experience in clinic set-up as a Skin Specialist
