Branch Lending Officer (Cebu)

About the role

Assist the Division Head/Branch Lending Center Head in ensuring that policies and procedures are in place and implemented, and that these are aligned with the general objectives set by the Management.

Responsibilities:

• Provides and ensures quality, prompt, accurate and efficient service support delivery through appropriate supervision and overseeing the proper documentation, maintenance, processing, approval, and booking of all loans relevant to functions identified to be within the role of the team; including attention to requests and concerns of branches.
• Demonstrates leadership skills, strategies and techniques in directing and motivating subordinates towards achieving the set goals/objectives of the Division. 

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management. 
• Experience: At least 2 years' work experience as Relationship Manager/Service Assistant specializing in Corporate/Commercial Banking or Corporate Finance in the private sector with specialized lending activities.

Setup: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday
