Job Summary

We are looking for a BPO SPE Voice professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and excellent proficiency in English. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can handle day shifts and contribute effectively to our customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS Office tools.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and achieve performance targets.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in customer interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is collected.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve customer service strategies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office to manage and document customer interactions effectively.
  • Have excellent English language skills both written and spoken to communicate clearly with customers.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Show a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
  • Display excellent time management skills to handle day shifts and meet performance targets.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
