Job Summary
We are looking for a BPO SPE Voice professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and excellent proficiency in English. Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using MS Office tools.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and achieve performance targets.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is collected.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve customer service strategies.
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Office to manage and document customer interactions effectively.
- Have excellent English language skills both written and spoken to communicate clearly with customers.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Show a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
- Display excellent time management skills to handle day shifts and meet performance targets.
