About our client:
An all-encompassing real estate firm specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposing of Manufactured Housing Communities. They offer full-spectrum services to private owners, banks, special servicers, and court-appointed receivers.
This position is remote but exclusive to candidates residing in Metro Manila
Activities:
- Compiles and analyzes financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements and accounting reports and makes appropriate journal entries for recording in the general ledger by checking calculations, reviewing the basis for figures, and balancing and reconciling figures.
- Review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; research and resolve discrepancies as necessary.
- Performs bank reconciliations and wire transfers for deposits, makes mortgage payments and distributions, and ensures accuracy.
- Maintains and coordinates accounting control procedures by analyzing revenue and expenditure trends and recommending appropriate budget levels to ensure expenditure control.
- Communicates with on-site and other property managers to help complete pre-close and close activities, answer questions, provide support, and ensure timely completion of accounting processes for on-time client and company reporting.
- Present regular accounting reports to key clients
- Oversee cash disbursements and maintain cash books.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Standard time: 09:30 pm to 6:30 am Manila time.
- Daylight saving: 08:30 pm to 5:30 am Manila time.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Around 3 years of experience working with a BPO, Global Business Service, accounting firm, or producing financial statements for multiple business units..
- Strong understanding of accounting terminology in English.
- Experience working with cash and accrual accounting basis.
- Feel comfortable explaining financial information to non-financial people.
- Experience with the full cycle of accounting is required.
