Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid bookkeeping experience

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and financial transactions, budget tracking and reporting, cost accounting, and general ledger maintenance

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proactive problem-solving

  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and time management

  • Additional certifications like Xero and Quickbooks are preferred


Technical SkillsCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

  • Journal entry management

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Accounts payable/receivable

  • General ledger maintenance

  • Financial record keeping

  • Payroll processing

  • Tax compliance basics

  • Month-end closing procedures


What to expect...

Schedule:
  • Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

  • Rate starts at $5 per hour

  • Payment is made via Deel


Equipment:
  • Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
