The Role

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual payments to government entities (electronic and/or manual)
  • Updates employee/employer record as needed on various government entities
  • Update book of accounts
  • Provide updates on new government rulings (employee and company related)
  • Prepares check vouchers, sales invoice and other related documents
  • Prepares Statement of Accounts
  • Checks service reports and/or liquidations as needed
  • Filling
  • Assistance to monitor and carry-out collection of payments promptly

Ideal Profile

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Must be detail oriented, thorough and organized
  • Willing to be trained
  • At least one (1) year experience on related field
