Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and organize financial data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
