What You’ll Do

- Lead financial strategy to support rapid growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting to keep us on track.
- Analyze key eCommerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and uncover profit opportunities.
- Oversee financial operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to scale the business.
- 5+ years in finance management, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or startups.
- Strong understanding of cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with financial tools (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Excel modeling.
- Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to optimize spending and increase efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
