About the job

• Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team
• Produce detailed drawings using CAD
• Produce quantity schedules using BIM
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP both within local and overseas teams
• Provide BIM Modelling and coordination work

Requirement:

• Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in structural detailing and modeling
• At least 2-3 years experience in RC design/detailing with experience in Precast and Steel detailing. Experience in structural engineering design is an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years experience in RC design/detailing, Revit, and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and Solibri is a plus.
• Preferably with experience in building design/modeling such as residential and condominiums.
• Passionate about Structural 3D modeling and 2D detailing to deliver high quality.
• Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.
• Able to communicate with local and overseas clients.
• With good work ethics, management skills, and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines.
• Experience in BIM model federation, coordination, and clash detections.
