We're looking for a BIM Coordinator/MEPF Modeller to join our PH BIM and P&B Digital Design team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a BIM Coordinator/MEPF Modeller to join our PH BIM and P&B Digital Design team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- BIM Implementation and Strategy: Contribute to the project's BIM execution plan, ensure Task Team adherence to BIM standards and protocols, and assist the Project BIM Manager with the integration of BIM processes across the project lifecycle.
- Model Coordination and Management: Coordinate BIM model development with all project stakeholders, set up and run clash detection and facilitate resolution, and update the federated model so that it is suitable to project use.
- Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on
- Task Team Models to review accuracy and completeness. Monitor BIM quality control procedures, and raise technical issues related to BIM and BIM Coordination with the appropriate people.
- Training and Support: Provide support to project team members using BIM tools and processes, stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in BIM capabilities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication of BIM related information so the projects BIM goals meet the desired project outcomes.
- At least one BIM capable software application
- Asset Classification Systems
- Software Interoperability
- 3D, 4D & 5D.
- Model Federation & Clash Detection
- ISO 19650 series of standards
- ISO 7817 part 1
- Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Contractual Requirements.
- Detailed of understanding with technical design coordination.
- Digital technologies and authoring applications
- Experience contributing to BIM Execution Plans
- Good Information Management skills
- Strong mentoring, collaboration and culture ethos promoting teamwork and inclusion.
