We are hiring a Billing Data Analyst to review billing documentation, validate financial entries, and ensure accurate processing across all billing workflows. Ideal for someone with billing or accounting experience and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Review
Analyze invoices, billing terms, and payment-related documentation.
Validate accuracy of billing amounts and schedules.
Data Entry
Enter billing data precisely into internal systems.
Perform cross-checks to ensure data integrity.
Record Management
Maintain clean billing logs and financial documentation.
Support ongoing billing data cleanup.
Process Improvement
Recommend improvements to billing workflows.
Assist with SOP updates based on recurring issues.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with billing, finance, and operations teams.
Clarify missing information or discrepancies.
What You Bring
2+ years in billing, accounting, or finance operations.
Strong spreadsheet proficiency.
Excellent organization and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and reliability.
