- Examines the work of invoicing/billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies are required.
- Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
- Create and maintaining P.O invoices
- Check purchase order(P.O) number before processing of invoices
- College graduate
- With 1 year or above experience in invoicing
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Can start immediately
