- Process and monitor all booked accounts for billing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents and required electronic reports to DepEd.
- Prepare complete and comprehensive reports, including deducted, un-deducted, and not effected lists.
- Ensure timely submission of billing documents to DepEd for APDS processing.
- Coordinate the prompt pickup of remittances and ensure proper posting to individual accounts.
- Monitor past-due accounts and implement early curing measures to maintain account quality.
