Key Responsibilities

  • Create remarkable experiences through outstanding customer service across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product-related communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, to effectively engage our audience.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product and internal software to provide efficient support to our customers.
  • Foster a positive and cheerful atmosphere in all interactions with customers and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficient communication skills in both Slovak and English.
  • A genuine passion for assisting individuals with varying learning curves.
  • A strong desire for continuous learning, complemented by problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a dynamic environment.
  • Access to a suitable work setup, including a desktop computer with specified requirements and a reliable internet connection.
