Key Responsibilities:

- Handle calls proficiently in both English and French
- Manage scheduling and maintain calendars
- Prepare job costing reports
- Oversee mail and ensure proper file origination
- Submit permits and assist with plan reading/counting
- Support various office needs as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Buildertrend
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English and French
- Bilingual Speaker - fluent both English and French languages
- Can work in easter standard time
- Can start ASAP
