We are a forward-thinking company looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are organized, bilingual in English and French, and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls proficiently in both English and French
  • Manage scheduling and maintain calendars
  • Prepare job costing reports
  • Oversee mail and ensure proper file origination
  • Submit permits and assist with plan reading/counting
  • Support various office needs as required

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Buildertrend
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in English and French

Requirements

  • Bilingual Speaker - fluent both English and French languages
  • Can work in easter standard time
  • Can start ASAP
