We are seeking a seasoned BI Developer III with a dynamic skill set to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at making independent data transformation decisions to drive business insights. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving data quality issues, managing ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity within our Data Warehouse and Data Lake.

  • This is a mid shift position, from 7PM to 4AM (PH), offering a WFH setup**

Role And Responsibilities

  • Must be comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Must be able to make data transformation decisions without the help of manager/supervisor.
  • Must be able to transform data into actionable items that will help to provide data driven business decisions.
  • Identify and communicate data quality and data reconciliation issues.
  • Be motivated and enjoy making positive impacts as a part of a collaborative team.
  • Troubleshoot and support all aspects relating to refresh schedules, data, reports, and access for the BI environment.
  • Develop and maintain (ETL processes, Data Warehouse and Data Lake) to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Be organized and multi-task effectively.
  • Be able to document all his processes and workflows.
  • Embrace continuous growth and learning new technologies and techniques as the environment evolves.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with ETL Tools, SQL and Redshift.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong background using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong background creating and understanding complex SQL queries and views.
  • Strong background creating and understanding complex ETL tools.
  • Strong understanding of company’s business data flow.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Detail oriented and possess good organizational skills.
  • Able to work with a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
  • Appetite to learn new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
