Bengali Speaking - Customer Service Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
● Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
● Handles customer inquiries or follow up on resolved inquiries and liaise with backend support to resolves members issues through the use of Live Chat, Inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools such as WhatsApp's, Telegram, Facebook Message and etc.
● Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions
● Advise on latest promotions, redemption and mechanics.
● Complete logs, records, and daily shift reports.
● Performs other functions and special projects as assigned.
● Willing to work on shifting schedule
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must possess at least college degree in any field; open for fresh graduate and no work experience.
● Experience in customer service or handling of telesales is a plus
● Proficiency with basic computer functions including MS Office, mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows- based environment strongly preferred
● Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (English, Bengali)
● Possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle pressure.
● Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment
● Willing to relocate in Cebu City, Philippines.
