Your Role:

Ubiquity is hiring for a Benefits Associate to join our Human Resources team. Our Benefits Associate has an integral role in the operations of our CDO office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Benefits POC:
- Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
- Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
- Making recommendations based on data analyses
- Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
- Working with insurance brokers and benefits careers
- Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes
As an Administrative Advocate:
- Apply effective communication strategies
- Assess employees' needs by conducting organizational surveys
- Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the filed
- Ensure that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports,
- Processing of government - mandated benefits such as SSS sickness and maternity, Pag-ibig, loans and issuance of PhilHealth documents.
- Processing of company-related benefits
Ideal candidates have:
- College Graduate of a 4-year course
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR specifically compensation and benefits/payroll
- Adept in using MS office applications
- Willing to work in CDO site.
