The Auxiliary Engineer is responsible for overseeing, scheduling and performing all installation, maintenance, modification, overhaul, service, and repair of Refrigeration Equipments, Low Air Supply Equipments & Steam Supply Equipment. Provide 1st level maintenance support to mentioned area in the event of equipment failures and executes planned & corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversees in the Start-up, Operation, Shut-down on the following equipment: Refrigeration
Equipment, Low/High Air Supply Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment
2. Provide 1st level maintenance support to Refrigeration Equipment, Low/High Air Supply
Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment in the event of equipment failures and executes
planned & corrective maintenance.
3. Execute planned preventative maintenance
4. Execute planned, corrective, break-in work , condition based and predictive maintenance
5. Perform faultfinding and a structured break down analysis on failed components
6. Coaching and Mentoring of assigned apprentices
7. Implement Continuous improvement projects on equipment and maintenance system

Position Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Technology field (Certified Plant Mechanic is an
advantage)
Experience: 2 years work experience in a FMCG manufacturing plant
Skills:
• Computer Literacy MS Office
• TIG , Arc welding & Gas Welding
• Turning Lathe
• Basic Pneumatics,
• Pump maintenance & Mechanical seal selection and fitment
• Power Transmission and ConBearings selection and Fitment
• Geared Motor Maintenance
• RCA , 5Why
• Read electrical drawings and basic mechanical drawings
• Experience in process engineering
• Have basic knowledge on Variable Speed Drives, Servo Controllers
• Have basic knowledge on Sensor, Encoder selection and maintenance
• Conveyors (Belt, Flat top, Roller and chain)
