We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Bellman to join our team in Malate, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills to ensure guests receive top-notch service as they arrive and depart from our establishment.

What You'll Do
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe transport to/from guest rooms.
Open doors and provide general concierge services when needed.
Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to enhance guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physical tasks as required.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
