What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

The Category Strategy Development Lead is responsible for:

• Working closely with the BU GM and collaborating and coordinating inputs with multiple markets on Greater Asia Strategy to craft the Greater Asia narrative for IBP and Global Visitor decks
• Localizing global B&W strategies and crafting cascade decks for Greater Asia
• Project management and collaboration with Greater Asia commercial leads on key workstreams (NRM, Innovation playbooks, etc) that will move the needle for total area
• People development
  
  

Experiences & Qualifications

• Experience in CSP, Marketing or Finance is required to understand the commercial business. Understanding P&L, high business acumen and project management is a must
• Experience with different market dynamics is a plus.
