We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment efforts for marketing and creative roles, ranging from junior to senior levels. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract potential candidates using online channels (e.g., social media, professional platforms like Indeed and JobStreet).
• Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Post job openings on our careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work at Pasay City.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools across multiple channels.
• In-depth understanding of various organizational roles and requirements.
