We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our recruitment efforts for marketing and creative roles, ranging from junior to senior levels. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates using online channels (e.g., social media, professional platforms like Indeed and JobStreet).
- Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person).
- Post job openings on our careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work at Pasay City.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools across multiple channels.
- In-depth understanding of various organizational roles and requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Analytical, smart, and results-driven, with the ability to meet recruitment targets.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Must be able to join ASAP and comply with our WFO policy.
