Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create or Update troubleshooting workflows based on business requirements and specifications, using low code programming (Sweepr)
- Help organize, prioritize, and act on feedback/fixes and enhancements included in Sprint and Project scopes
- Assists with special projects within the teams' scope and roadmap
- Assists in testing newly released content, and applies fixes and enhancements
- Document enhancements and fixes, in tickets
- Assists in QA testing and writing test cases
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving skills
- Root-cause analysis
- Able to understand process flow diagrams
- Technical knowledge in TELUS products is a plus
- Google sheets/Excel
- Testing and attention to details
- Background in programming: Familiar with java/javascript/json, or any low-code programming/anything similar. (Includes experience from school or previous job)
- UAT or QA testing background
- Can work using Jira, Figma, Figjam
