JOB SUMMARY
- Coordinate and manage the distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
- Oversee multiple sales programs and ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with consumer needs and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline distribution processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to optimize distribution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Manage distribution team performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Has a Marketing or business related degree
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, task management, creativity and innovation, problem-solving, and coordination.
- FMCG experience a definite plus
- Handle multiple sales/programs simultaneously
- Has good knowledge in fundamentals of consumer marketing.
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Good driving skills, Team player, & people management
