The role involves managing and responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars, as well as organizing data in spreadsheets or CRMs and keeping digital files in order. It also includes supporting social media posting and messaging, handling customer service inquiries across email, chat, and phone, conducting online research and summarizing findings, assisting with basic bookkeeping, and preparing meeting notes, reports, and presentations.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years' experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with US clients is a plus!
  • Proficient in tools such as Trello, Asana, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, CRMs, etc.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and respond to emails
