The position is responsible for managing and facilitating business loan transactions. It also manages the acquisition and relationship with various businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loan Product Servicing
- Handles loan accounts queries
- Accredit home loan developers
- Prepares CAM of client for presentation to Board for the approval of loan
Product Marketing and Development
- Networks within various businesses seeking financial assistance and guide them through the loan application process
Profitability Analysis
- Monitors sales performance against target
- Generates and increases bank sales portfolio
Others
- Provides suggestion or recommendation for policy changes.
- Keeps abreast of bank products offered by competitors and provides feedback to the Superior
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a any four-year course preferably business course
- With at least two (2) years sales work-related experience
- Has knowledge of sales and marketing of consumer loan products
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City
