Why this role exists
We are scaling our client's sales development team to drive growth through high-volume outbound prospecting to finance leaders in mid-market companies. This role is crucial in building and qualifying a strong pipeline of opportunities by engaging with CFOs and finance teams, specifically focusing on organizations looking to optimize their procurement processes and SaaS spend management.
The Impact you’ll make
Pipeline Generation
- Execute high-volume calling campaigns using parallel dialing systems (Nooks/Orum) that enable simultaneous connections with multiple prospects
- Generate and qualify opportunities resulting in 12-13 meetings per month
- Convert qualified meetings into 3-4 solid opportunities monthly
- Build trust quickly with C-level finance executives and decision-makers
- Handle complex objections and navigate meaningful conversations
- Demonstrate value proposition to mid-market company finance teams (200+ employees)
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for prospect and activity tracking
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Document prospect interactions and maintain data accuracy
- Focus on US and UK market penetration
- Identify and qualify high-potential accounts
- Research and understand the prospect's procurement challenges
Measure of Success
- Monthly qualified meeting target: 12-13 meetings
- Monthly opportunity conversion: 3-4 opportunities
- Daily call volume: 300-400 calls
Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in high-volume B2B calling and appointment setting
- At least 2 years track record of successfully selling to C-level executives, particularly CFOs
- Minimum 2 years experience handling complex sales objections in a consultative environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, preferably 1+ years with Salesforce
- Experience with parallel dialing systems (such as Nooks or Orum) is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Exceptional ability to think on your feet during challenging conversations

- Strong business acumen and financial literacy

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

- Working either US or UK business hours, the schedule may shift based on market coverage needs
