B2B Outbound Caller
Starting salary: PHP 20,000 - 25,000

Job Description
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
- Deliver sales pitch of company products & services, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build & maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals with qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the President, Marketing team, and other departments to align on goals and campaign strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using internal tools or CRM.
- Perform other marketing duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Deliver call scripts with clarity, confidence, and adaptability, ensuring conversations sound natural.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.
- Advanced computer skills (tech-savvy).
- Strong work ethic and professional values.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects & clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Great attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Knowledge in using CRM software and other marketing tools is a plus (e.g,. LinkedIn, Salesforce).
- Laptop/Desktop (at least an i3/i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 8 GB RAM).
- Windows OS: 10 and above.
- Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
- High-resolution Webcam.
- Wired internet connection; minimum of 30 Mbps DL and 10 Mbps UL.
- Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Zoom.
- Work from home.
- US and Canadian clients.
- Full Time and Long Term Employment.
- Basic Salary + Government Mandated Benefits, Health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives.
- Commission of 50% of the monthly service fee after each client's 2nd month sign-up.
